An idyllic location to rejuvenate mind, body and spirit, enjoying the wild beauty of Dartmoor.
Access to the Nature Reserve is provided with the kind permission of Langaford Farm Charitable Trust. According to the season the abundant wild life includes deer, heron, hares, soaring buzzards, prolific flowers and butterflies in the meadows, rhododendrons, native trees and exotic varieties around the ponds, streams and woodland and elusive otters.
Adjacent to the Nature Reserve is the tumbling River Bovey and magical woodland walks along its bank.
Langaford is in the midst of a wealth of beautiful places to visit; wild open moorland, stone circles, Iron Age settlements, Fernworthy Reservoir, the delightful village of Chagford with organic café and health food shop supplies. For children there is so much to enjoy, including the Miniature Pony Centre, two open-air swimming pools, pony trekking, Otter and Butterfly Centre, steam train rides from Buckfastleigh to Totnes, fantastic river swimming on the River Dart at Spitchwick and the expanse of Dartmoor with so many tors just begging to be explored!

Jay and Terry have over 10 years experience as holistic practitioners and trainers, running courses based on the work of William Bloom and the Endorphin Effect. During your stay, by appointment, you can enjoy Reflexology, Health Kinesiology and Life Coaching sessions. Workshops and training events for individuals and organisations are available.
The décor is light and welcoming with lovely stripped oak flooring throughout the house. At Langaford, for the benefit and well-being of our guests, we provide a chemical free and environmentally friendly place to stay. This means that all cleaning products are made by Ecover and guests need to ensure that all personal care items, including perfumes and toiletries are organic or chemical free toiletries. This insures that the waste water is non-polluting.
Organic and chemical free soap, shampoo and toothpaste are available for sale.

Evening meals £12 each, and a range of children's meals at £6 each. Hearty packed lunch £7 each.
To enhance your stay, Reflexology, Health Kinesiology, and Life Coaching sessions are available by appointment, at £30 (approx. one to one and a half hours). These sessions will be tailored to your needs so that you either address specific issues or simply enjoy the benefit of a holistic session. Perfect for promoting health and dealing with life and dietary transitions.

I found this to be a perfect place to stay for rejuvenation and recouperation from the stresses of life. The location is stunning and extremely magical, with views that stretch for miles and I felt deeply nourished by all the nature and wild places just waiting to be explored. The focus of the venue is very much holding the highest consciousness around food. It is as if you cannot help but be inspired to try out delicious organic living foods, which are on offer along with more traditional organic vegetarian and vegan meals. The highlight of the place for me was the rich intention to bring natural health and well-being into every aspect of life. Terry and Jay have a vibrant enthusiasm and welcome that leaves you feeling transformed and inspired. I highly recommend a visit to this lovely place.

"Rejuvenation Retreats". The name really does describe it all. At Langaford, Jay and Terry have created the perfect get away from everyday living. Our weekend was fantastic in every way. Jay and Terry went out of their way to make it special, from a birthday cake to candlelit dinner. The atmosphere created at Rejuvenation Retreats is unique and further enhanced the additional therapies offered by both Terry and Jay, not to mention their home made vegetarian and vegan meals which taste fantastic.
